Gimble Drive reduces noise and keeps machine running stable. Shaftless Electric/Hydraulic reel stand can be adopted at an additional cost.

This machine is used for Flexo printing and die cutting of sheets simultaneously. It offers high precision of printing with easy operation. Opening and closing is controlled electrically. Locking up and elevating plate is done by pneumatic system. Printing roller adopts 360 degree phase adjustment, controlled, Electrically even during running machine. Grinding attachment for rubber anvil cover is mounted on the machine. Ring slotter attachment can be adopted at an additional cost.

This machine is used for creasing and slitting of paper board. The thin blade makes the paper board edge perfect without raw edges, to promote quality and appearance of paper board.

The machine offers high rate of precision and enhanced efficiency. It print paper, board and corrugated sheets with either water based ink or solvent based ink. Hard chromium plated impression roller is provided for sharp impression, quality printing & long life. Variable speed controller with A.C. motor & electronic digital counter with panel box is provided for economy in wastage and better quality.

The heavy-duty platen punching and embossing machine is utilized for cutting, creasing, embossing and punching of corrugated sheets. The drive and stop to the platen is transferred by an electromagnetic clutch. Two safety guides are provided for instant stopping of the machine emergency.

The semi auto dual servo driven stitcher machine is able to stitch corrugated cartoon. The machine is controlled by PLC and equipped with a touch screen which is convenient for setup the parameter of stitching pitch, Quantity of nail, type of nail and position of back plate. The position back plate is precisely controlled by the stepping motor, the position adjustment is quick and convenient. Nail pitch is free adjusted and set by the screen between 30-120 mm. Alarm system is available when machine is out of nail.
